Welcome to Casey Wellness Center,

My mission is to create a space that is comfortable for each individual based on their unique identity, lived experiences, and current life circumstances. I enjoy supporting people feeling stuck in life or battling something they don't, or even can't, talk about with others. I take a holistic approach to wellness, listening to all the parts of you that have varied life experiences instead of focusing on a single set of symptoms. I integrate neurobiology with mind-body connection strategies and use a combination of effective practices in Western medicine as well as integrative psychology approaches.

I am a licensed professional counselor with several years of experience supporting clients as they navigate high conflict relationships, demanding careers, family/friendship stressors, social/political issues, traumatic experiences, and all the ways in which people consciously or subconsciously manage these challenges. I work primarily with adults and use therapy modalities proven by research to help people process trauma, manage anxiety, depression, and OCD symptoms, and strengthen their relationship with themselves and relationships with others. If any of the statements from the lists below resonate with you, I get it. Reach out. If we're a good fit for each other, we can begin working through whatever it is that brings you to therapy so you can navigate life with more ease. You deserve that.
It would be an honor to support you.
