Brainspotting

What exactly is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting (BSP) is a neurobiological approach to therapy that helps identify and release sources of trauma, chronic pain, and even performance limitations. By helping you identify a focal point in your field of vision connected to your presenting concern and what physiological sensations you notice, I can help you reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and enhance your performance (work, creatively, relationships). BSP can help regulate the nervous system and strengthen the attachment system so that we feel more calm and connected to ourselves and others around us.
