The Way Home
An 8-Week Group Therapy Journey in the Reclamation of Self
Do you feel like you’re aimlessly floating through life and wish you had something to tether you to the here and now?
You do everything you're supposed to- you show up for your responsibilities, you check the boxes, and each day feels like a repeat of the one prior. There is a persistent sense of disconnection—from yourself, your environment, and from the people around you. Whether you are navigating the echoes of childhood wounds, relational trauma or separation, or the exhaustion of shallow connections and heavy responsibilities, you don’t have to carry the weight alone. So often when we experience trauma, grief, or major life transitions, we disconnect from ourselves simply so we can survive. This is your invitation to move away from survival mode and operating on autopilot and start returning to the essence of who you are.

What We Will Explore:
The Way Home is a structured 8-week therapy group designed for adults who are yearning for discovering who they are post-trauma, grief, separation, etc. Each participate will be invited to explore the Self, reconnect with the body, and be a part of a meaningful healing community. Group offerings include:
-
Somatic Reconnection: Learn to safely inhabit your body through guided body scans and mindfulness practices.
-
Communal Healing: Break the cycle of loneliness by sharing space with others who truly get it.
-
Spirit & Stillness: Use meditation to quiet the mind, listen to your inner knowing, and rediscover who you truly are.
-
The Path Forward: Transition from feeling stuck to seeing your life as a beautiful, unfolding reclamation.
